Mershaw Consulting was founded on a single basic principle: that IT should be done by people with a real passion for computers.
Too often it gets polluted or bogged down by corporate politics, petty power struggles, or outside forces with no understanding of what is required to make the network, work.
The common-denominator in this is a combination of IT experts who've lost their love for the job and well-meaning management that simply doesn't see the big picture. It creates a soul-sucking environment for all the computer geeks who live for every opportunity to solve a problem.
